By using RallyCal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required. RallyCal currently offers free group scheduling without an account.

You are responsible for the information you enter, having permission to share it, and deciding who receives your event links. Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate someone, submit abusive or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt or overload the service.

Public invite links reveal event details. Private organizer links authorize event management and access to submitted responses; private response links authorize access to and edits of that response. Protect and save those links. RallyCal does not currently offer email-based access recovery or self-service link revocation.

Drafts may save automatically, but organizers see your availability only after submission. Review your response and confirm it has submitted successfully. Check dates, time zones, and final arrangements with your group before making commitments.

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate RallyCal, including displaying submitted availability to the organizer. Our branding and other service materials belong to their respective owners. Open-source code remains subject to its applicable license, including the RallyCal repository’s MIT License.

Our Privacy policy explains how RallyCal handles event data, responses, private access, and necessary browser storage. Google Calendar exports and links to external sites are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy policies. RallyCal does not control them.

RallyCal is provided as available, without guarantees that it will always operate without interruption or errors. Availability rankings depend on participants’ input and do not guarantee attendance. Keep a separate record of important arrangements. We may change or discontinue features, or restrict access that violates these terms.

To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed events or lost data. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Texas law governs these terms, except where the mandatory laws of your location provide otherwise. Subject to those rights, disputes will be handled in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
